Youth/Young Adult Services
Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program (CCMEP) is an innovative program that can help youth/young adults (ages 14-24), who are committed to achieving employment and training goals, build career paths, find employment, get the training and supportive services necessary to enter into a career. This program offers a wide range of services specifically tailored to each individual to assist them in obtaining economic self-reliance.
Our Services
We use labor market information about in‐demand industries and occupations to provide participants with career awareness, career exploration services, and career counseling.
We help participants make and implement informed education, occupation, and life choices.
Work Experience / Job Shadowing
- Work experience is a planned, structured learning experience that takes place in a workplace for a limited period of time.
- Work experience helps participants understand proper workplace behavior and what is necessary in order to attain or retain employment.
- Work experiences are designed to enable participants to gain exposure to the working world and its requirements.
- Work experiences can serve as a stepping stone to unsubsidized employment and is an important step in the process of developing a career pathway.
- In addition, we help participants with practice interviews, building a resume and cover letter, starting their job search, job retention, and career advancement.
- Aspire – FREE services for individuals who need assistance acquiring the skills to be
- GED-General Equivalency Diploma
- Through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), we can help fund eligible job seekers with educational programs or on-the-job training to prepare them for in-demand careers. WIOA is designed to help job seekers access employment, education, training, and supportive services to succeed in the labor market and to match employers with the skilled workers they need to compete in the global economy. - In addition, special funding for training and education is available to dislocated workers who have lost their job through layoffs, plant closings or foreign competition.

This service provides an understanding of budget, expenses, savings, banking, credit and more. Participants will learn how to manage their finances in order to become and remain independent and reach their financial goals.
Our supportive services are individually tailored to help each participant secure and retain employment as well as obtain and maintain self-sufficiency.
Financial incentives issued to encourage individual growth and development include:
- Job start
- Maintain employment for 30 days
- Maintain employment for 60 days
- Maintain employment for 90 days
- Maintain employment for 12 months
- Receive a promotion
- Open a savings account
- Maintain a balance of $300 in savings account for a year
- Having $1,000 in savings account
- Obtaining a driver’s license
- Getting high school diploma/ GED
- Enrollment in college
- Graduating college/ educational program
- Obtaining a credential
- And many more
