Youth/Young Adult Services

Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program (CCMEP) is an innovative program that can help youth/young adults (ages 14-24), who are committed to achieving employment and training goals, build career paths, find employment, get the training and supportive services necessary to enter into a career. This program offers a wide range of services specifically tailored to each individual to assist them in obtaining economic self-reliance.

Our Services

Career Exploration

We use labor market information about in‐demand industries and occupations to provide participants with career awareness, career exploration services, and career counseling.

We help participants make and implement informed education, occupation, and life choices.

Work Experience / Job Shadowing

Education and Training

Budgeting

This service provides an understanding of budget, expenses, savings, banking, credit and more. Participants will learn how to manage their finances in order to become and remain independent and reach their financial goals.

Supportive Services

Our supportive services are individually tailored to help each participant secure and retain employment as well as obtain and maintain self-sufficiency.
